Master's degree or above in thermodynamics phase diagram related to metallic materials, condensed matter physics, computational materials, computational physics, computational chemistry, applied mathematics, microelectronics, electronic engineering, semiconductor devices and physics, molecular dynamics, and related disciplines; Proficient in at least one of the programming languages of matlab, python, and C/C++for numerical calculation, and have good problem analysis skills, as well as a solid foundation in mathematics and physics. Experience in developing CAE software based on finite element/finite volume algorithms; 3. At least 1 year of software or algorithm development experience, with CAE simulation software, first-principles computing tool development experience is preferred; 4. Experience in numerical modeling and programming in fields related to mathematical physics 5. Have a good team spirit and ability to tackle key issues.
