Responsible for purchasing data analysis and cooperating with other departments for ERP system data accuracy. Responsible for forecasting and maintaining a reasonable level of materials stock, operating planning analysis and reports, fulfilling cooperation, and participating with enthusiasm together in all company departments’ activities. 职务概述 通过勤奋、诚实和团队合作，支持对公司采购计划运作。负责原材料采购的计划。负责采购数据分析，配合其他部门完善ERP系统数据的准确性。负责预测和保持合理的材料库存水平，操作计划分析和报告，并热情地参与公司各部门的活动。 Key Responsibilities - Quantifies the key demand forecasting indexes, such as demand uncertainty, availability rate, safety stock quantity etc. - Forecasts the future utilization quantity to guarantee the raw materials are sufficient for production, meanwhile maintaining a reasonably low inventory level. - Executes, develops, and improves the monthly purchasing plan of production materials including steel, aluminum, TPU, and other raw materials. - Cooperates with Warehouse to monitor the stock level of production materials and accuracy of ERP system data. - Analyzes the purchasing historical data for proposing the general improvement advice, regarding the three basic dimensions of purchasing: price level, delivery time, and product quality. - Produces a monthly trend report showing the working situation of purchasing department. - Urges the outstanding orders and quantifies the average lead time of each item and supplier which will be considered in the supplier valuation system. 主要职责 - 量化关键的需求预测指标，如需求不确定性、有货率、安全库存量等。 - 预测未来的使用量，保证原材料能满足生产需求，同时保持合理的低库存水平。 - 执行、制定和改进生产材料的月度采购计划，包括钢铁、铝、TPU和其他原材料。 - 与仓库合作，监测生产材料的库存水平和ERP系统数据的准确性。 - 分析采购历史数据，提出总体改进建议，涉及采购的三个基本方面：价格水平、交货时间和产品质量。 - 制作月度趋势报告，显示采购部门的工作情况。 - 催促未完成的订单，并量化每个项目和供应商的平均交货时间等。这些参数在供应商评估系统中得到考虑。 Requirements - Proficient in data analysis programs, especially in Excel - Fresh graduates in Management Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Mechanical Engineering, and Material Science are preferred - Good communication in English 任职要求 - 熟练掌握数据分析程序，尤其是Excel - 管理工程、经济学、统计学、机械工程、材料科学等专业的优秀应届毕业生优先考虑 - 良好的英语沟通能力
