岗位职责：
1.Responsible for medicinal chemistry process management of small molecule drug design and synthesis, research quality and progress monitoring, patent search, and resolution of key technical problems under certain guidance.
2.Have a certain understanding of the industry's latest developments, new platforms and technologies, etc.
3.Facilitate pharmacology team to evaluate druggable physical properties and advantages of preclinical candidate compounds; Facilitate process development team to conduct small trials and pilot scale up studies, reduce production costs, and accelerate the development process.
4. Responsible for patent drafting, review and follow-ups, to ensure protection of intellectual property rights for the company.
5. Provide support for building, training, and managing the team
岗位职责：
1.PhD degree, in medicinal chemistry or organic chemistry.
2.Candidates with experience delivering compounds to clinical trials, and oversea experiences preferred.
3.Capable of patent interpretation, and familiar with the relationship between the biological meaning of pharmacological and toxicological data and the properties of proprietary drugs.
4.Familiar with domestic and international innovative drug development models, processes, technical requirements and related registration regulations.
5.Good communication and execution skills.
6.Strong work ethics, commitment, proactive, strong sense of responsibility, integrity.
7.Language requirements: Good English and Chinese communication and writing skills.
