Responsibilities: 1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to propose, develop and implement biomarker/CDx strategies and disease indications at preclinical to proof-of-concept clinical stage focusing on oncology, immune-oncology or autoimmune disease areas. 2. Provide scientific input to biomarker-related elements of study trial design and conduct and incorporating biomarkers into clinical protocols. 3. Contribute to biomarker study design, implementation and analysis of investigator-initiated studies. 4. Publish original observations in top tier peer-reviewed journals and present findings at conferences. 5. Other affairs assigned by the line manager and department head. Requirements: 1. Ph.D or MD in biology, biochemistry or related discipline with 5+ years of industrial and academic experience working in oncology, immune-oncology or autoimmune product R&D or translational research. 2. Prior experience playing a leading role in pharmacology research of anticancer therapeutics. 3. Prior experience and knowledge of cell and molecular assays: flow cytometry, immunoblotting, PCR, IHC, and sequence analysis etc.. 4. Good interpersonal and coordination skills. 5.
