Position: Scientist /Senior Scientist, Biology Location: Shanghai Job Summary: Scientist or Senior Scientist should be 2-5 years’ experience with in vitro pharmacology in oncology, immunology, inflammation and immune-oncology, ex vivo experience will be a plus. He or she will support multiple immunoOncology projects from biological function. The candidate should be able to do the assay independently, and could design, execute and trouble shooting on immunological related assays, and could interpret the data as well. Candidate should have good communicate skills to coordinate with cross-functions. Responsibility： 1.Conduct in vitro or ex vivo immunology assay, including but not limited to MLR, SEB, and human PBMC related immunological assays. 2.Support In vivo department by analysis TILs for tumor model selection and antibody efficacy study. 3.FACS staining and analysis for immune subtypes, TILs, binding related assays. 4.Setup and optimization of new assays, trouble shooting and data summary. 5.Ability to conceptualize new ideas for immunotherapy and research assay tools 6.Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with people, internally and externally. Qualification: 1.MS degree in a relevant scientific field (e.g. immunology, inflammation, cancer immunology, oncology) with 3-5years or BS degree with 3-5years related experience. 2.A strong background in human cellular (tumor) immunology and immune regulation, preferably in the area of cancer immunotherapy. 3.Hands-on experiences in in vitro or ex vivo immunology assay, including but not limited to utilization of isolated primary human tumor/immune cell assays, CART cells, tumor explants, human PBMBC assays. 4.Familiar with FACS staining and analysis in an immunology setting. 5.Ability to conceptualize new ideas for immunotherapy and research assay tools. 5.Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with people, internally and externally. 6.Team oriented work ethic and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
