Responsibility: 职责 1.Participation in project design, expansion and construction drawing design 参与项目的方案、扩初和施工图设计； 2.Take part in relevant meetings such as major adjustment and implementation of technical problems, and put forward professional opinions 参与重大调整、技术问题落实等相关会议，并提出专业意见； 3. Involve in the project tendering and bidding; review the construction scheme and measures 参与工程项目的招投标工作，审核投标文件中施工方案和落实措施； 4. In charge of the design variation management; coordinate with others to solve the engineering problems on time 负责协调暖通设计变更、配合各方及时解决施工过程中出现的问题； 5. Participate in the coordination of pre design and late product implementation, including technical control, participation, impact and function changes. 参与协调前期设计与后期产品实现的技术控制、参与影响效果及功能的变更的确认工作 6.In charge of the HVAC engineering construction management; guarantee the process, quality and safety of the project 负责暖通施工的全面管理，确保项目进度，质量及安全； Pre-requisites: 任职要求 1. Bachelor degree or above in HVAC engineering or relevant 暖通工程等相关专业本科或以上学历 2. Over 3-year working experience on design management 具备3年以上设计工作经验 3. Strong problem solving and teamwork spirit. 较强的问题解决能力和团队协作意识； 4. Good in both written and spoken English 良好的英语书面及口语能力 5. Relevant certificate is preferred 具备相关证书者优先考虑 6.
