ViscoTec (Shanghai) Limited is the wholly-owned subsidiary in China of ViscoTec Pumpen- u. Dosiertechnik GmbH. ViscoTec (Shanghai) Limited is located in Jinqiao, Pudong District. Currently, the company has around 20 staff members, most of them in Sales or Service positions. To cope with the fast growth of the company, ViscoTec (Shanghai) Limited is looking for a newly created position – Senior Marketing Supervisor. Major responsibilities: ▪ Develop marketing strategies and annual marketing plans to enhance the brand awareness of ViscoTec in Greater China, facilitate product positioning and drive the sales ▪ Execute, oversee and evaluate the implementation of marketing and communication activities ▪ In close communication with GM and the sales team, plan and coordinate the launch or re-launch of ViscoTec products and services ▪ Plan and coordinate the advertising programs, seminars, customer events, exhibition, and trade shows ▪ Develop and update sales materials (such as presentations and brochures), WeChat accounts, website, webinars, and other communication tools ▪ Control marketing costs, analyze the budget spend, cost-effectiveness and ROI (Return on Investment) ▪ Represent the company on events of industries or associations; collaborate with the media to enhance Public Relations ▪ Expand the network with related material manufacturers and machine integration companies ▪ Conduct market research about customer demand, industry development and industry benchmark ▪ Cooperate with respective departments at the group headquarters in Germany to align with group sales and marketing campaigns Requirements: ▪ Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Machinery, or other related disciplines ▪ Excellent skills in spoken and written English ▪ Strategic result-oriented thinking with hand-on mentality ▪ Team-player with leadership ability ▪ Several years of experience in Machinery, Automation, Automotive or Electronics manufacturing, even more ideally previous experience with dosing technology ▪ Rich experience in Marketing, Sales or Channel Management ▪ Strong presentation and communication skills in an organized, persuasive, and credible manner ▪ Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), preferably experience with CRM
